- Experience in previous sales, administrative, or customer service role
- Experience in the packaging supplies industry a definite advantage.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Meet customer’s needs in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Updating and maintenance of client database where required
- Invoicing clients
- Working with Account Managers to raise quotations and followup on potential client requirements
- General office duties

Work Remotely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:
