
Integration Application Support Officer

**The role**: The Integration Application Support Officer will assist in the development of end user products and materials including end user training guides, instruction manuals, online training modules and job aids to facilitate effective, consistent and informative client service delivery.
**In addition to this you will be responsible for**:
- Perform ongoing evaluation and assessment of the standard operating procedures quality and effectiveness modifying material where required.
- Prepare the software requirements specifications, systems design, support and procedural documentation to ensure critical intellectual property is captured and is able to be maintained.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify, analyse and document technical process and requirements.
- Participate in formal change and problem management practices by developing, troubleshooting, configuration management, testing, validation, and documentation of all changes in responsibility area.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Are you right for this role?
- High level interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing and to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders with a view to providing clear understanding of Information Technology related problems and solutions.
- Sound understanding of AUSLAB workflows and experience in using the integrated procedures in a laboratory or similar.
- Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support effective business transformation, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities.
- Ability to work individually and within a high performance team with time critical and financially constrained tasks and complex deliverables by providing guidance and supervision of other team members and project resources.
