Riverwood, Australia Independent Vodafone Store Riverwood Full time

The Independent Vodafone Store in Riverwood are looking for outgoing, keen and motivated people who wish to focus on sales and service.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, merchandising stock and assisting with general retail duties.

Previous retail experience would be preferable along with excellent customer service skills.

An outgoing and friendly personality will be essential to the role.

It will be important that you are a team player and work well alongside other staff members.

General Duties:

- Providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting management with achieving retail sales and profitability targets in all departments.
- Handling telephone transactions quickly and courteously.

Skill Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience with mobile phones and operating systems
- A proven track record of meeting KPIs and Targets
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well within a team
- Great customer service skills
- Visual merchandising
