Onyx Tyres and Autoparts (“Onyx”) is a leading tyre importer, wholesaler and supplier with a broadly recognised 25-year trading track records in the Australian market. Originated from importing its homebrand tyres in 1999, nowadays Onyx has built a sophisticated nationwide network of distribution with four established branches in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast, supporting its robust presence across the country. Known for its extensive inventory, competitive pricing and exceptional customer service, Onyx caters to a diverse clientele that includes retail automotive shops, mechanics, dealerships and fleet operators.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers with a view to maximise Onyx’s sales results and overall market share in NSW
- Utilise your skills and experience of B2B/B2C sales to effectively promote Onyx’s full range of products and our corporate vision
- Foster and support new business growth into new customer channels and markets
- Be fully focused and organised to achieve timely KPI’s (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
- Regularly meet key stakeholders (internal and external) to drive positive business outcomes
- Organise and conduct product training sessions for customers and employees at multiple levels
- An understanding of how to close a sale and manage the sales process
- Work with key department and personnel to attend/support trade shows, industrial conferences, key customer events, testing and any other key activities
**Job Requirements**
- Sales experience is required (especially in automotive parts, accessories and wheel/tyre is highly preferred)
- Tertiary degree qualification in Business and/or Marketing is preferred
- Display computer literacy and ability to produce and analyse reports, data and customer trends in order to develop and execute sustainable growth plans
- Have a drive to succeed and make the most of opportunities
- Have an ability to travel intrastate and interstate
- Have a passion to win and deal with people
Pay: $109,200.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
