**About the Role**: We’re on the hunt for a **Process Improvement Manager** who can bring clarity to complexity and lead high-impact initiatives that align with our group’s strategic goals. This is more than a "process role" - it's about redesigning the way we operate, influencing at the highest levels, and embedding lasting improvements across our business.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Lead Game-Changing Initiatives -**Work directly with Executive, senior leadership, and SMEs to identify, design, and embed new operating models that drive group-wide transformation.
- ** Turn Ambiguity into Action -**Distil complex, high-level problems into clear, structured, and value-driven solutions.
- ** Reimagine the Way We Work -**Map and improve processes with a sharp focus on customer experience, using data, insight, and design thinking.
- **Influence at the Top -**Build strong relationships, gain buy-in, and shape decision-making by facilitating conversations and presenting with impact.
**What You Bring to the Table**
- ** Proven Expertise -**5+ years in strategic, continuous improvement, or operational redesign.
- ** Design and Delivery Know-How -**Strong experience in operational design and turning strategy into reality.
- ** Automation with a Purpose -**You understand that automation should enhance good processes, not hide broken ones.
- ** Problem-Solving Under Pressure -**Comfortable working with ambiguity, limited information, and the freedom to shape your own path.
- ** Senior Stakeholder Savvy -**Confident engaging with and influencing GMs, SLT, and ELT, even on complex or sensitive topics.
- ** Cross-Functional Change Agent -**Hands-on experience leading high-impact, cross-functional change beyond traditional tech or IT domains.
**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Consulting experience (especially from a strategic or operations-focused business)
- Background in retail or FMCG
- Exposure to back-office/shared services
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking or Service Design experience
- Power BI, Excel (advanced), and data-driven decision-making skills
