**Rostering Manager - Lead our Growing Team**

At HelpAlong Pty Ltd, we're on a mission to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest. As one of Queensland's fastest-growing NDIS providers, we're looking for a Rostering Manager to join our team and optimise our service delivery operations.

**Your Next Career Move**: Based in our modern Strathpine office, you'll lead our scheduling operations and shape the future of our workforce planning. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in ensuring coverage of SIL houses in accordance with the award and NDIS service levels. You will also be supporting the Operations Manager in leading, developing and improving all facets of the scheduling operation.

**What You'll Do**:

- Partner with the Operations Manager to plan and project, ensuring we're always perfectly staffed to support our clients
- Lead roster coordination across our SIL houses, balancing staff preferences with client needs
- Partner with the Operations Manager to innovate and improve our scheduling processes
- Mentor our scheduling officer, sharing your expertise while building a high-performing team
- Build strong relationships across the operations team and organisation as a whole
- Shape our service delivery through data-driven insights and reporting

**What You'll Bring**:

- 3+ years of scheduling or workforce planning expertise
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office programs
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Natural leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Proactive & lateral thinking approach
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
- Understanding of the NDIS framework and requirements

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
