**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking case managers to join our diverse Sydney based team, who come from a fast-paced large retailer. This is the perfect opportunity to step away from the shop floor and utilise your customer service skills within a corporate environment, whilst having deep meaning.
As one of our dedicated case managers you will help injured workers get their lives back. You will liaise with a variety of different stakeholders including allied health professionals, our employers, and the injured party. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Our case managers play an integral role here at EML and you really have the chance to make a difference in other people’s lives.
This will be a **permanent** position commencing as soon as possible based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer new inquiries and gather evidence about claims
- Reassure, assist and help customers with empathy
- Manage difficult conversations and take ownership of your own portfolio of claims
- Liaise with a variety of different stakeholders with ease
- Work in a supportive team environment to get the best outcomes possible for our customers
