**We are looking for a Cyber Remediation Squad Leader to join our growing Technology team.**

**About The Role**
In this newly created role, as the Cyber Remediation Squad Leader, you will have the opportunity to help and support Cuscal in developing and implementing key security controls to improve current security maturity within the Enterprise Technology Services team. You will play a crucial role in delivering a backlog of cyber security and technology related initiatives.
- Key responsibilities include_
- Prioritise a backlog of cyber and technology findings identified during internal and external audit assessments.
- Working with the key stakeholders documenting the remediation action for each of the finding, identifying the resources/effort required to resolve.
- Create the associated tickets/backlog items on the Boards to track findings to closure.
- Escalate early any potential risks/issues/roadblocks.
- Assist will the teams on-going reporting requirements - status reports etc.
- Backfill key resources

**Essential**
- Strong relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills
- More than 5 years’ experience as a Cyber Security Leader in the IT industry within the Financial Services sector or a similar regulated environment.
- Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent time management, planning, documentation, analytical and conceptual skills
- Have experience in building high reliability operating culture and performance
- Demonstrated experience in “getting stuff done”
- Previous experience in transformation or discipline uplift
- Previous experience working in an agile ways of working
- Understanding of Financial Services security regulatory/compliance requirements (PCI DSS, CPS234 etc)
