Partner Account Manager
We work in a hybrid model. In your role, you will be asked to work 3 times a week from the office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to grow LSEG's partner network in the identity verification sector.
- Serve as a technical expert in IDV, assisting partners and sales teams in understanding and promoting our solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between LSEG and partners for service health issues, ensuring swift resolution and communication.
- Introduce and drive adoption of new Risk Intelligence solutions amongst partners.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales teams to introduce them to key partner contacts and facilitate new sales.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and sales campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams (Product, Sales, Strategy and Business) on market trends, partner needs, and product feedback.
- Conduct QBRs/MBRs with assigned partners
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner account management, preferably in the identity verification industry.
- Strong understanding of identity verification technologies and market trends. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
