Position summary

Downer provides end-to-end solutions for the management of road networks, with pavement rehabilitation and pavement preservation services delivered in-house and supported by a cycle of continuous improvement and research and development.

We are currently looking to grow to our Stabilisation team based out of Maddington WA. We have multiple permanent opportunities available for experienced Stabilisation Operators and/or Spreader Truck Operators, available immediately.

**Essential Qualifications**:
Current HR Licence

Current General Construction Induction card

Ability to work away from home

Experience operating Rollers and Front-End Loaders

Able to commit to shift work

A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous stabilisation, profiling, civil or mining background

Knowledge of the road rehabilitation industry

HC licence

Experience operating stabilisers or spread trucks
