**After Hours Nurse Manager - Full Time**

**Role Summary**:
The Hospital Coordinator, in conjunction with the executive team is responsible for:
- Leading the nursing team to ensure a high standard of clinical service delivery and outcomes are met and complying with relevant legislation and care standards
- Ensuring the operational and clinical requirements of the hospital are met in an afterhours capacity with the support of the executive team
**Selection Criteria**:
- Well-developed clinical nursing and management experience at a senior level in an acute psychiatric care setting
- Consultative leadership style and ability to build rapport and effective relations with key stakeholders
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, conflict management and negotiation skills
- Have a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Quality Management System and requirements for accreditation
- Have a thorough understanding of continuous improvement, OH&S and risk management
- A strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes
- Computer literate
- Ability to strategically plan and positively implement change
