**About The Role**

As a GIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in our organisation by utilising your expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support our Data Maintenance

**What You'll Do**:

- Capture, process, store, and analyse environmental and climate information and datasets.
- Enhance the efficiency of our internal data processing.
- Maintain the company's environmental information database, ensuring data consistency across various systems.
- Conduct research and development of land information systems.
- Collect, manage, and analyse data following specific standards and procedures, ensuring data currency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project staff to identify project data management needs and requirements.
- Define, organise, implement, and enforce correct workflows and policies for data importing, exporting, collection, management validation, and reporting.
- Establish standards and processes, and contribute to defining tools that facilitate data collection, management, and reporting.
- Implement new technology to expand services to internal project teams and clients.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Relevant qualifications in Geospatial/Environmental Engineering/Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with data management and geospatial datasets.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in data management tools and software.
- Knowledge or experience in any of the following will be advantageous: Power BI, FME, Python scripting.
- Exposure to database or programming platforms (e.g., Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic for Applications, Python, R, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for innovation and a drive to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
