**About the Role**:
At BaptistCare HopeStreet, we seek to transform the lives of people in our communities who are living with disadvantage or experiencing great personal trials.

As a Retail Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our community retail space, ensuring high-quality practical support for our clients.

Duties include:

- Coordinate retail operations, including rostering, stock control, and sales
- Recruit, train and support volunteers
- Build strong relationships with donors, community members and local partners
- Ensure compliance with WHS and BaptistCare policies
- Support broader community development goals through retail engagement

**About You**:

- Certificate IV in Retail or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in retail, community spaces or social enterprises
- Strong communication, organisational and financial skills
- Good technology skills, in areas of communication, data entry, and financials
- A heart for social justice and community engagement
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- A valid drivers licence
