**Position Summary**:Domino's Pizza is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Delivery Riders (Scooter Riders) to join our team. As a Delivery Rider, you will be a vital part of our delivery operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Safe and Efficient Delivery**: Safely operate a scooter to deliver orders to customers' homes, offices, or other specified locations within the designated delivery area.

**Order Accuracy**: Verify order accuracy before departing from the store to ensure that the correct items and quantities are delivered.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and friendly to customers, offering a positive and memorable experience.

**Timely Delivery**: Ensure that orders are delivered promptly, following specified delivery times and maintaining a strong focus on timely service.

**Vehicle Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery scooter, ensuring it is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues to management.

**Cash Handling**: Handle cash and payments accurately and securely, following company policies and procedures.

**Traffic Rules and Safety**: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, and wear appropriate safety gear while on the road.

**Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene standards, including the use of company-provided uniforms.

**Efficient Routing**: Plan efficient routes and delivery schedules to maximize the number of deliveries while minimizing delays.

**Teamwork**: Collaborate with store staff and managers to maintain a smooth delivery process and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain delivery logs, records, and receipts for all deliveries.

**Emergency Situations**: React calmly and responsibly in emergency situations, such as accidents or unforeseen delays, and report them to the store immediately.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the menu, promotions, and special offers to help customers with any inquiries they may have.

**Adherence to Policies**: Follow all company policies, including food safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid motorcycle or scooter license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.78 - $36.15 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Licence/Certification:

- Scooter Driving Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
