**Coffee Shop Food Preparation**

Must be flexible between 7am to 4pm Tuesday - Saturday (Up to 30 hours guaranteed per week). Hours may vary. Potential to pick up shifts in the evening 1800-2200 as coffee shop attendant if looking for extra hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and service of hot and cold drinks
- Preparing sandwiches, salads, cakes etc
- Stock rotation and count
- Operating commercial kitchen gadgets and utensils
- Maintaining the service area and café equipment
- General cleaning duties
- Front of house assistant
- Any other relevant duties assigned by management

**Key Criteria**:

- Experience in food preparation
- Barista and espresso machine skills desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Able to work shifts which may fall on weekends and public holidays
- RSA and RCG
