Currently seeking experienced disability support workers dedicated to improving the lives of people they work with. We have multiple clients in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs currently seeking high quality support.

Applicants will ideally have experience with mental health and complex behaviours and have a person centred-approach to care. Also currently seeking people with experience with high intensity clients and epilepsy/ seizure management.

**About the Role**:The role you perform will vary betweens clients but may include some or all of the following:

- Assitance with Daily Living
- Assitance with Community Access and Participation
- Assitance with Chores Around the House
- Assitance with Transportation
- Assitance with Booking and Attending Appointments
- Assitance with Personal Care
- Assitance with Meal Preperation

**Essential**:

- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Clearance Check or DCSI Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Covid Vaccination (Including Booster)
- Right to Work in Australia
- Current Driver’s License
- Own Reliable Vehicle with Insurance
- Appropriate Insurances (If Working as Sub-Contractor)
- Relevant Cert III or Cert IV (Or Working Towards)
- Ability to Connect with People from Various Backgrounds and Cultures
- A Passion for Providing High Quality Supports for The Participants They Work With
- NDIS Induction Modules Certificates

**Desirable**:

- Manual Handling Training
- Covid 19 Training
- Epilepsy and Seizure Management Training
- Medicine Administration Training

Applicants will ideally be willing to work as a sole trader initially with casual employment positions opening up if there is a good connection with your clients.
