We are a proud purpose-built Veterinary Clinic, providing exceptional care since 1948. We value kindness and community and are passionate about supporting our clients and their much-loved animals. We are fortunate to have a vast array of native wildlife surrounding us and routinely donate time and resources to care for those that are injured or orphaned, in collaboration with charity organisations.

**About You**

- You are empathetic, calm, reliable, and motivated to work in a busy customer focussed environment.
- You have a great sense of humour - to help keep up the team spirit on the days where things are tough
- You are a confident communicator, with oral and written communications, and enjoy working both collaboratively but also independently.
- You are someone who thinks outside the square, are proactive and always a step ahead
- You must have extensive administration experience.
- Be proficient in learning, and using various online platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with MYOB, Practice Management Software, rostering and payroll systems will be highly regarded.
- Experience in the veterinary or medical industry will be advantageous.
**About the role Criteria**
- Permanent Part Time - 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday (5 hours per day)
- An incredibly diverse and rewarding role, with plenty of variety to keep you busy and engaged.
- Provide assistance to the Practice Manager in a variety of operational tasks, including:
- Rostering management
- Banking processes
- Reception relief
- Various HR admin tasks, and onboarding support
- Archiving, stocktaking, policy and procedural updates
- Specific adhoc administration projects
- We provide an excellent remuneration package dependant on experience, and ongoing professional and personal development opportunities.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $39,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
