This includes individuals from both IT and business backgrounds who have delivered high impact technology, data, and AI projects in business and government. We are looking for senior strategists and architects who blend technical and business knowledge to tackle our clients' most complex problems.

**What we do**:

- Technology, data, and AI strategy
- Enterprise and domain architecture
- Technology operating model design and implementation
- Technology business case development
- Technology transformation programme design

**Your opportunity**:

- Leading teams to analyse, workshop, and present insights and recommendations - collaborating across borders and globally with sector and technical experts in all parts of our business
- Working with senior client stakeholders to understand root cause issues, potential solutions, and articulate business benefits
- Leading engagement pursuit teams, including opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and proposal development

- You have lived experience of technology transformation programmes and understand what it takes to deliver success (and the common pitfalls)
- You are a leader and coach and take pride in helping others advance their careers
- You have a can-do attitude and are always seeking creative solutions to problems with the help of the right technical tools and a supportive team

**Your experience**:

- Experience communicating on an engagement to a wide range of stakeholders from engineers to CxO with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Possess the skills to manage all aspects of a project including the ability to facilitate workshops, influence and guide key stakeholders, and coach and mentor team members
- Experience leading multiple projects related to one or more of the following disciplines:

- Strategy development
- Architecture (enterprise, domain)
- Infrastructure (hybrid cloud, sourcing)
- Operating model design and implementation
- Agile delivery methods (in particular CI/CD / DevOps)
