You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, professional and capable staff, all with solid real estate experience, progress your career and join this premium brand. With leasing consultants, administrators and a team of accountants for support, this role focuses on property management. You will be managing an established portfolio using PropertyMe.

**The Role - Assistant PM**:

- Full-Time hours Monday-Friday
- Assist Senior PM
- Application processing
- Routine inspections
- Open and Private inspections
- Entry & Exit inspections (condition reports/final inspections)
- Maintenance assist
- Knowledge of Property Management legislation, processes and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of Property Me, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate & Agentbox would be advantageous
- Portfolio located in Melbourne outer east

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Passionate about a long-term career in the property management sector
- Immaculately presented and confident character
- 3-5 years experience managing a residential portfolio
- Up to date Agent Rep & Valid driver’s license or Licensed Estate Agent
- Property Me experience is essential, Inspection Express would be an advantage
