**Role Description/Criteria**

Aquinas College is a dynamic and diverse community of over 200 educators, administrative, finance and property staff who all support the mission of the College. Inspired by Catholic tradition, our vision is to be an excellent school.

The Impact Team at Aquinas College are looking for a VCE Vocational Major Administrative Assistant to support our students' work placements while they are completing their secondary schooling. The role requires a motivated person who can work with students, teachers and prospective employers. This is a 4 day per week position.

The successful applicant:

- will possess well developed administrative skills
- will possess the ability to prioritise and work in a flexible environment
- will display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to students enrolled in the VCE - VM program
- will be reliable, well organised and able to maintain confidentiality
- will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
- will be an Australian resident or have a current Australian work visa
- will have a current Working With Children Check and Victorian Police Check or be willing to undertake these checks
