Secure Journeys has been selected to operate Australia’s Onshore Immigration Detention Network on behalf of the Australian Government.

Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will be responsible for preparing and serving culturally diverse, nutritious meals contributing to the overall health and well-being of those in the centres.

With the new contract commencing in early 2025, we currently have a full-time role available for a **Catering Manager **to join the Spotless team.

This role is dedicated to supporting health and wellbeing by delivering nutritious, culturally appropriate, and medically tailored meals, ensuring compliance with all food safety and health standards.

**What you’ll bring**
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this opportunity and willing to be sponsored for government security and employment clearances
- Certificate IV in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in hospitality operational service delivery and leading catering teams.
- Extensive knowledge of food services, relevant food products, and Food Safety Standards, including HACCP programs.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices and regulations.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain resilience, and deliver outcomes in a high-pressure environment.
