Our client is a subsidiary of a global pharmaceutical organisation, delivering high-tech software and equipment to the medical industry nationwide.

A newly created opportunity has become available for an experienced
**Warehouse Store-person** who is
**Forklift Certified** to support the local operations team based in Rydalmere. The equipment is manufactured on-site and requires high attention to detail. The work hours are Monday to Friday, working 9 am - 5 pm.

**About the role**

**qualified forklift operator** with
**high-reach experience** for this position.
- General tidiness and clean-up of warehouse and packing benches
- Physical unloading of freight containers, cartons, pallets, and packages and putting away the stock in the correct bays.
- Ensure all receipts are put away on time and with accuracy.
- Manual handling and labouring, including moving of furniture, boxes, medical equipment, etc
- Report any inventory discrepancies to Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure all replenishment requests are completed promptly.

**About you**

You will be able to efficiently move raw and finished products inside and outside the warehouse environment and ensure accurate documentation, labelling, palletisation, and product presentation have adhered to business requirements. You are confident in unloading and loading trucks whilst monitoring key performance indicators such as movements, damage and DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time). You will ensure the warehouse & equipment are cleaned to standard daily and provide labouring support for the organisation where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Available to start ASAP
- Reliability and commitment - the capacity to complete a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday
- 2-4 years experience working as a warehouse store person.
- A forklift Licence and experience with a high-reach forklift are a **necessity**.
- Strong attention to detail
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work well in a high-pressure environment.
- Physically fit and healthy - _must be able to lift up to 25kgs comfortably._
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical or police check if required

**Optional**:

- SAP experience is preferred but not a necessity.
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values and Compassion.
