At Iress, we’re seeking a Business Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Wealth Management Leadership Team. In this dynamic and trusted role, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating key business activities, driving efficiency, and supporting programs and events that keep our Wealth business unit running at its best.

This is your opportunity to work alongside senior leaders at one of Australia’s largest and most respected technology companies.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in:
- Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders on behalf of the Wealth leadership team.- Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level communications and documentation.- Coordinating leadership meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking actions.- Organising internal team events, executive reviews, and stakeholder engagements.- Supporting key programs and projects by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Assisting with process improvements and implementation of tools and templates to streamline operations.- Managing internal documentation, creating dashboards, and generating reports to support data-driven decision making

What you will bring:
- Proven experience supporting senior-level leaders and handling confidential information with discretion.- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Confidence using tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other productivity platforms.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver results independently.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Experience coordinating projects, events, and operational tasks in a corporate or high-performance environment.
