Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets.
- Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations.
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.
- Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network.
- Updating and maintaining sales data.
- Continuously learning new products and land availability.
- Producing home & land packages; and
- Effective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home.

- A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the residential industry;

Weekend work is essential.
