**About the role**

As a Sales Assistant with Dulux, you will contribute to the daily activities of the Castle Hill branch, ensuring provision of consistently high levels of customer service.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours, Monday to Friday, rotating between two shifts of 6:00am - 3:00pm and 8:00am - 5:00pm on a weekly basis, plus every second Saturday 7:00 am - 10:00 am.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Providing accurate and relevant product advice to customers.
- Cash handling / EFTPOS.
- Accurately mix and tint paint.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels.

**Skills & Experience**
- Great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers, and clients.
- Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
- Physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy and bulky products in store at times
- Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable.
