Lendlease have an exciting opportunity based at our Tweed City Shopping Centre. We are looking for a Customer Service Desk Attendant to join the Centre Management Team. You will be working on a casual basis with varying shifts that may include weekends.

The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers & retailers.

You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong customer service skills. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of ad-hoc administration, sales and marketing activities, as well as being the first point of contact for the majority of our Customers at the Customer Service desk.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have broad knowledge of customer service principles and a positive, ambitious nature. Specific knowledge within retail management, marketing or administration is not essential, but is desirable. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
