Role and Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions, presenting our products/services, and showcasing their value.

Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Meet or exceed sales targets by demonstrating effective sales techniques and strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Resilience and perseverance to overcome challenges.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

We are a young vibrant company based in a fun and modern office in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne based mainly in Knox, Maroondah and Whitehorse.

There is a brewery and several eateries around the corner which we frequent for Friday night drinks (free beers).

We love to host burger/pizza nights & hold events monthly for the team to have a bit of fun.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
