**DESCRIPTION**

Title: Studio Advisor (Membership sales & Front desk) | Reports to: Studio Manager

BE offers Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes designed to accommodate students of all levels in a way that is empowering and encouraging. **POSITION**

BodyEthos is looking for a part-time or casual sales extraordinaire (A.K.A Studio Advisor). You'll have strong sales and people skills, be highly motivated and have a passion for health and wellness.

The Studio Advisor assists the Studio Manager with new membership sales as well as the retention of our current members. You'll provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, reception, studio preparedness and cleanliness. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our members and be part of our BE community.

We offer flexible shift opportunities, including mornings and evenings and weekends.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong customer service kills
- Ability to learn and use our CRM software system - Mindbody Online
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
- Permanent part-time or casual
- 1st Aid + CPR

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execute sales process from lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
- Meet sales goals as established by the Studio Manager
- Conduct studio tours with new prospects and build rapport with all leads
- Be knowledgeable about wellness, products, programs and pricing
- Emphasise and enforce objectives and policies of the studio
- Book appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in grassroots/community events
- Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting studio
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Reception and administration

**Salary**: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
