**About the Role**

As an Associate Asset Manager based in Sydney, you will play a vital role in maximizing the performance of existing wind and solar farms. This position is well-suited for an ambitious engineer or project manager who is motivated to make a significant impact in the renewables industry. While direct experience is not essential, any relevant asset management experience would be highly valuable.

**Responsibilities**
- Possess a relevant degree in a technical, engineering, or business area
- Demonstrate solid asset management experience within renewable energy projects
- Exhibit sound knowledge of interpreting and assessing asset P&L statements, balance sheets, and budgets
- Ideally have experience in enterprise valuation, cash flow-based financial models, and/or investment appraisal
- Ability to identify market opportunities and effectively manage risks associated with renewable energy assets
- Show creativity and pragmatism in finding solutions to challenging problems
- Capable of translating complex analysis into practical and implementable recommendations

**Skills & Experience**
- Hold a tertiary qualification in a related field
- Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is valuable but not essential
- Display a strong motivation to develop a career in asset management
- Possess good commercial awareness
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
