Kitchen Hand

Midnight Hotel is currently seeking **Casual Kitchen Hands **to join our team

The role is responsible for providing assistance to the Chefs and Cooks in kitchen operations as well as overall cleaning of dishes and equipment.

**In order to secure the role, you need to have**:

- Basic understanding of frying simple food items, making salads and sandwiches.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a kitchen hand.
- Ability to clean food preparation equipment, tables, counters and other work areas.
- Ability to check food items and make sure quality standards are met at all times.
- Keep the work environment very clean and safe
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to work autonomously without Supervision.

This role will be undertaken across a 7-day rotating roster with shifts starting at the following times:

- Monday - Friday - between 08:00am - 09:00am
- Saturday, Sunday & public Holiday’s - 10:00am

Availability to work on Monday and Tuesday’s is a key requirement, with additional availability across the remaining days of the week highly regarded.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
