What the role looks like

• Hosting opens and private inspections that feel more like lifestyle showings than walkthroughs
• Managing buyer enquiries with precision and polish
• Keeping deals moving: prospecting, follow-ups, relationship building
• Helping steer negotiations and learning how the art of the deal really works
• Managing databases, schedules, and reporting — the small details that make the big picture shine
• Selling off plan apartments in arguably one of Canberra's most exciting precincts

What you'll need:

• ACT Real Estate Certificate of Registration (if you have started this process, we could still be interested)

• A reliable car + driver's licence (you'll be everywhere, fast)

• Immaculate presentation and communication skills that match the market you're in
• Energy, resilience, and hunger — this market rewards grit as much as glamour
• Ideally 12 months of real estate experience (but show us your hustle and we'll listen)
