Bone Densitometry Technician

About Us:

MeasureUp has been operating for over 15 years and we specialise in bringing our mobile diagnostic imaging service to anywhere in Australia via purpose built mobile Bone Buses. Due to our continuing growth, we have a new technician position to be based in Sydney where you will be responsible for your own bone bus.

• You will be away from home from Monday morning and return home on a Friday afternoon for approximately 70% of the role. You will receive a daily travel allowance each night you are away;
• You have a full driver's licence (no provisional licence accepted for this role) and a Degree in a Science (Health) related field.

What You Will Do and Need:

• Bone density scans for the over 70's age group.
• The technician role involves considerable travel within Sydney and around NSW. Another technician may team up with you at a busy medical practice.
• Assist with general administrative and maintenance-related duties related to our bone buses, and DEXA (imaging) equipment.
• We expect you to have a good level of computer and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management skills.

What We Provide:

• All of your training requirements and training will take approximately 3-4 weeks (paid) regular overtime available
• Quarterly bonus payments and overtime
• The freedom of the road and travel in this autonomous role
