Disability Support Worker

We are looking for experienced Arabic speaking support workers to join our Aus Able team where we provide high quality supports to individuals with disabilities under the NDIS.

**Your Role and Responsibilities, may include the following**_**:_
- Assisting our participants with everyday tasks, such as personal care or meal preparation and help build a routine.
- Assist with personal hygiene or medical assistance.
- Plan and execute community-focused activities.
- Transport our participants to appointments and outings.
- Provide consistent care and support to all participants, adhering to safety standards.
- Implement creative and innovative ways to engage our participants to meet their NDIS goals

**To be successful in the role, you will require the following**:

- Industry related qualification
- NDIS Orientation Module
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence (P1 or above) and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Working rights in Australia

Applicants with experience or background in speech therapy, occupational therapy, or as a teacher's aide are encouraged to apply. While not a requirement, this experience will be highly regarded and beneficial in supporting the diverse needs of our participants.

- This position may require working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and overnight to meet the needs of our clients.
