
Corporate General Manager

Direct and oversee the Company’s operations. Provide daily management directions and endorse policies to fulfil business goals and maximise the company's profit and efficiency.
- Make decisions regarding the overall Company objectives, visions, operational processes and management policies.
- Plan and administer the Company’s financial forecasts and monitor the business performance.
- Cultivate a shared corporate culture and values: Establish a unified corporate culture and values that all branch offices and headquarters can identify with and adhere to. To lead the branches to achieve through clear core values, shared vision and mission, and common behavioural guidelines. Through a shared corporate culture and values, team collaboration and trust among employees can be enhanced, strengthening cohesion and integration between branch offices and headquarters.
- Provide support and resources to branch offices, including financial support, technical assistance, training, and development opportunities, etc. to help branch offices to better fulfil their roles and maintain close cooperation and integration with the headquarters. Meanwhile, to have a comprehensive understanding of and respect for the needs and characteristics of branch offices, providing personalized support and resources.
- Establish effective communication channels and information-sharing mechanisms between headquarters and branch offices.
- Develop unified management standards and processes: Establish unified management standards and processes, including strategic planning, goal setting, performance evaluation, decision-making processes, etc. These standards and processes should be applicable to all branch offices and align with the management philosophies and requirements of the headquarters. Through such standards and processes, management efficiency and consistency can be improved, promoting collaboration and integration between branch offices and headquarters.
- Authorising the funding of major policy implementation programs
- Representing the Company to attend official occasions, in negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and liaising between areas of responsibility.
- Work with the Management Accountant to prepare the reports, budgets and forecasts, and present them to governing bodies and the director board.

Pay: $183,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
