## **Your Role**

As our Property Manager, you will:

- Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle leasing, inspections, maintenance requests, and arrears management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

## **What We’re Looking For**
- Previous property management experience.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license.
