**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting for new sales opportunities through cold calling and door-knocking
- Conducting open homes and property inspections
- Managing buyer relationships and inquiries
- Maintaining and managing databases
- Attending marketing appointments and auctions
- Providing client care and following up with buyers
