**About us**

Mercy Life & Property Care is a NDIS service provider & Cleaning service provider. As a registered NDIS provider, we help people to fill the gaps in flexible support needed for people living in Western Sydney.

We work hard to build independence and increase opportunities and participation for people with disability in Western Sydney.

As a cleaning service provider, we look after the cleaning services such as commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, end of lease cleaning and all other cleanings and property services.

**About You**

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation based in Toongabbie. The Office Administrator's primary purpose is to ensure a smooth internal support process across all business areas, including but not limited to reception and administration.

You will be the first point of contact for all customers and stakeholders. This role is expected to provide administration support, office coordination, and support.

**What you'll need to succeed**
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Ability to communicate professionally.
- Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Customer Service Oriented
- Great Management Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
- Experience with Xero accounting system
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Must have at least two years experience in a relevant field
- Must have full working rights.
- Must have Certificate Qualification in a relevant field.
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating quotations for the clients.
- Sending & follow up invoices.
- Assist in booking the clients.
- Meeting and greeting visitors/ clients upon their arrival.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/ deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provides efficient reception services by screening incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages, dealing with queries from callers and establishing the nature and priority of requirements to ensure that they are routed promptly to the concerned staff.
- Provides efficient secretarial support, such as making appointments.
- preparing correspondence and reports, receiving and placing calls, and
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update calendars and schedules.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour + Super

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 2 years (required)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
