Position: IT Systems Support Officer (Full Time - Monday-Friday, located in Jandakot)

**About the Role**:
- Developing workflow and automation within IT Systems to enhance efficiency.
- Working with IT System providers and internal departments to scope, negotiate, organise and deploy system enhancements.
- Supporting Mosaic to make the most of our IT Systems by running reports, analysing data and suggesting process improvements that will increase productivity.
- Regularly audit IT Systems to ensure all data is present, accurate and not duplicated.
- Working with relevant departments to develop business rules and IT policies.
- Assisting with password resets for staff.
- Monitoring staff tickets with IT provider.
- Asset management of minor IT equipment.
- Ensuring meeting rooms IT equipment is set up and working correctly
- Troubleshooting staff problems with hardware.
- Auditing users to ensure profiles and user permissions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Auditing mailing lists to ensure they are correct.
- Attending sites to assist with general trouble shooting.
- Coordinating site visits with IT provider.
- Creating and maintaining procedural documentation.
**Job Requirements**:
To excel in this role you will be a customer service oriented person who has the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Evidenced understanding of computer software and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills
- The patience to provide training and support to staff at a variety of levels and technical abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with many stakeholders to create beneficial outcomes for the business.
- Be a lateral thinker that is process driven.
- Be able to adapt easily in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Commitment to occupational health and safety.

**Conditions of Employment**
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence, own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
