**The Role**

**As a Residential Mortgage Broker, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Manage inbound referrals from internal teams of the firm
- Provide expert advice on residential lending solutions, including owner-occupier, investment, refinancing, and restructuring
- Manage the end-to-end loan process from initial consultation through to settlement and post-settlement care
- Maintain relationships with clients in the existing loan book, ensuring proactive reviews, retention, and satisfaction
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and internal policies across all loan files

**As our new team member, you will have**:

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
- Full broker accreditation (or eligible to become accredited within 1 month)
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a residential mortgage broking or lending role
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Strong understanding of lender products, policies, and the Australian credit environment
- Highly organised with attention to compliance and documentation standards
- Professional and ethical, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
