**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our dedicated Cheshire School team in this newly created position.

Reporting to the Head of School, you will be part of a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic school team creating an environment that nurtures independence, resilience and a desire to learn.

Your primary goal will be to provide high quality services, integrating the developmental and therapeutic needs of children to help students gain the skills required to re-engage with learning and transition back into mainstream school with a key focus on building the capacity of children, families and the school community.

**About you**:
To be successful you will have experience working with children with complex behaviour needs, providing clinical and/or functional behaviour assessment, intervention and support ideally within a School setting.

Crucial to your success will be your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with students and families from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds. Your excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of other professionals will enable you to achieve identified goals.
