Our little coffee cart helped introduce specialty coffee to New Zealand and changed the drinking habits of a nation. Today, we roast coffee for the best independent cafés in the world.

**About the role**
Our Roastery is the heart of our business and is run by a crew who are hardworking, no fuss and passionate about coffee. You’ll join the team to:

- Roast and pack coffee beans
- Drive and deliver beans to our customers across Melbourne
- Pack and prepare online orders
- Maintain the tidiness of the roastery and warehouse

**About you**
Ideally you’ll come from a Roastery, distribution or barista background or be someone who is passionate about coffee, loves working as part of a team and wants to develop their career in the industry.

To nail this role you’ll need:

- A friendly manner and great communication
- A passion for coffee or curiosity and willingness to learn
- A full driver’s license (forklift license is an added bonus)
- Warehouse, logistics or coffee experience is a plus
- Any trade, technical or mechanical experience would be amazing

**Due to the delivery component of this position a full driver’s license is a must and some heavy lifting of coffee sacks is involved.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 per year
