We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Document Controller, with our client, a Multinational Consulting company. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to unleash your potential with one of WA's premiers in Consulting.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Execute complex / urgent Document Control transactions
- Assure quality and timeliness of tasks executed by offshore / offsite Document Control service - all non-conformance to be documented via Escalation register
- Effective leadership of Offshore Document Control service including providing regular forecast, project priorities, scope updates and business context as required to enable successful service delivery
- Primary interface between Contractor Document Controllers to WES BV Document Controllers
- Primary interface project personnel to Document Controllers
- Escalate Contractor non-conformance for deliverables / SDS as required per project reporting lines
- Follow management of change process to recommend change to Document Control process / work instructions to enhance efficiency and standardization
- Manage Service Now task queue for scope area - triage, assign and verify transactions
- Timely administration of project deliverables management system in line with corporate requirements
- Execute reporting for deliverables tracking and expediting of tasks
- Configuration of the Document Control system

Qualifications and skills required:

- 3 + years' experience as a Document Controller
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
