**Position Description**:
Our vibrant, not-for-profit Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader for our Pre-Kindy Room. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a dedicated team of educators in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 2.5-3.5 years. You will work closely with families, staff, and the broader community to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and develop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of educators, ensuring a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of children in the Pre-Kindy Room.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community to ensure the highest standard of care and learning.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the room, including supervision of staff, planning, and resource management.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Early Childhood Education qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care).
- Proven experience in an early learning setting, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A passion for making a positive impact on young children’s lives and their early learning journey.
