**Your opportunity**

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has what it takes to multi-task and assist and positively help grow multiple business units and assist with their internal needs As an integral member of the Category team, you will provide support to the Category Managers with a focus on managing the core range and delivering new products to the market. You will get involved with the development of product lifecycle analysis, building ranges, promotional execution, data management, and channel communications. Collaboration with multiple departments including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Supply Chain is key to this role.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist in the preparation, planning, coordination, and deployment of new product launches and promotional campaigns and track return on investment
- Provide analysis and reporting on sales within the category portfolios and pricing systems
- Collaborate on category strategy and innovation pathways with a focus on customer experience
- Build great working relationships with our supply partners
- Contribute to the execution of the category strategy with a key focus on maximising the categories’ commercial performance through clear and concise communication with Lincoln Sentry stakeholders
- Manage the content for product master data for internal and external facing stakeholders (SAP and other systems)

**What you’ll bring**

You are a great team player who is passionate about developing your career and open to learning. You will have strong analytical capabilities and a knack for picking up technical details. You are a people person with great influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. Ideally, you can demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a Category/Buying/Procurement or Sales support function
- Advanced use of Excel and other platforms in MS Suite
- Sound SAP or other ERP skills
- Prior experience of complex Master Data is desired
- Prior experience in FMCG, Trade, Consumables, or Hardware is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the business
