**The Opportunity**:
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Service Manager to join our skilled team in our WAGGA WAGGA Branch

You will be guiding our team of highly skilled technicians to service and repair a large variety of agricultural machinery. Tractors, headers, seeders, self-propelled sprayers.

**About the role**:

- Organise and coordinate the operations of the service department by leading a team that provides excellent customer service and ensures high quality workmanship.
- Mentor, motivate and engage all employees to high levels of performance.
- Oversee/ Maintain detailed records of service work carried out.
- Supervision of technical work performed, work progress and checking work at completion.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Current Diesel, Ag Trade or Plant Mechanic Certificate - Required
- Current class C (or higher) drivers licence - Required
- Forklift licence - Required
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Required
- Capable of providing excellent customer service, at all times
- Professional, motivated, willing to work in a team and have strong attention to detail
- A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of Technicians and Apprentices.
