**About the Role**:
As an **ITC Support Specialist**, you'll play a key role in supporting the team in responding to technical queries, and help maintain the robust performance of our messaging network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to external support requests related to our SMS platforms
- Provide training and guidance on system use and best practices
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of secure computer networks that support SMS traffic and internal operations

**What You Bring**:

- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or telecommunications environments
- Understanding of messaging platforms or telecommunications protocols (e.g., SMPP, HTTP APIs) is a bonus
- Effective communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize in a dynamic environment

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles, preferably in telecom or tech sectors
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and Linux-based systems is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- South Melbourne VIC 3205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
