**Salary range: $90,784-$103,004 per annum plus statutory super**

The ICT Support Specialist role offers an outstanding career opportunity for a professional who is passionate about using their expertise to support VIT in its regulation of Victorian teachers.

**About the role**

The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective high-level technical support to the Business Systems team and VIT as a whole. This will include implementing change plans related to ICT projects across the organisation, and supporting the development and ongoing monitoring of initiatives to strengthen VIT's information security posture.

The ICT Support Specialist will also provide desktop and technology-related customer support services to VIT staff and help to implement VIT's asset lifecycle management.
- Due to operational requirements the successful incumbent will be required to work in our CBD office at least 4 days per week and 1 day can be from home._

**About you**

As an experienced ICT support technician, you will have a strong background in computer science and network security/cybersecurity.

You will have experience in providing desktop and operational support in a Microsoft and/or Salesforce environment, and in IT asset lifecycle management.

You will have strong technical knowledge with a highly organised approach and a proven track record in working collaboratively.

**How to apply**
