**The Role**
As our **Content Marketing Specialist**, you'll be an integral part of our Marketing Team and be our expert of storytelling, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute content initiatives that engage and inspire our customers throughout their journey. You'll be closely supported by our Senior Marketing Manager in Melbourne, who will guide and empower you to make a real impact.
In this role, you'll be a creative strategist, using your writing skills to craft compelling and informative content that resonates with our diverse audience. You'll stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, using your knowledge to create innovative and effective content strategies. You'll be our go-to person for content creation, managing our content calendar and collaborating with designers and other teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.

**Your day-day responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Planning, producing, editing and promoting content that converts and retains clients through: thought-leadership pieces, market analysis, webinars, interviews, video promotions, SMS, push notifications, reactivation messaging and optimization of content
- Managing the global client churn project by working closely with key internal stakeholders to identify client segments, understand behavior and create a strategy to target this cohort. Editing, contextual backlinking, and adding value to market analysis and education content
- Leading the creation and production of on-site content working closely with our SEO team to ensure adherence to best practice
- Working closely with in-house research strategists and experts and seek to leverage data in storytelling at all times
- Work with sales, CRM and data science teams to create personalized, timely and relevant customer outbound communication pieces.
**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with proven editing and copywriting skills that can create engaging content to capture the audience's attention
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, that can craft impactful messaging for multiple channels
- Ability to use analytics to evaluate the performance of various media channels to optimize campaigns
- Passionate about the latest digital and social trends with a dedication to ongoing learning and development to stay ahead of the curve
- Highly motivated, flexible, positive people person with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple competing deadlines by prioritizing and managing time effectively
