Customer Service / Store Assistant - Hardware, Building Supplies, Fastener Counter Sales

We are seeking a sales person / store assistant to enhance our in house team. Providing a high level of service to our extensive trade customer base.
Your primary duty is to service counter sales clients, telephone inquiries and phone orders with expert product knowledge using a professional approach. Along with assisting our existing store staff in maintaining a well stocked premises.

The successful applicant will have:

- Basic computer skills
- Great customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work with and support a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Extensive knowledge of building products, fasteners, power tools and their use will be an advantage
- Existing store experience
- Professionally presented and must have a sense of humor
- A current drivers license


The successful applicant will receive product and sales training and have the opportunity to advance within the company by demonstrating an aptitude for the position and excellence in customer service.

Applicants that have hands on experience in building, fasteners or associated trades will be preferred.

Position is available for both branches (Green Fields & St Marys)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
