**Your next career opportunity**
As the Coordinator of Peer Mentoring at the University of Melbourne, you'll be at the forefront of creating a connected and thriving experience for all undergraduate students. You'll have the opportunity to lead the Melbourne Peer Mentor Program (MPMP), coordinating large-scale initiatives that support student transitions and foster a sense of community. Your role will directly impact the university experience of thousands of students, making this a key position for those passionate about student engagement and support in higher education.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead Program Delivery: Coordinate the university-wide Melbourne Peer Mentor Program, including recruitment of over 1000 mentors and large-scale orientation events, aligning processes with the student lifecycle.
- Develop Training Initiatives: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for peer mentors, ensuring consistency across the university.
- Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build collaborative partnerships across university departments to enable effective program delivery.
- Drive Technology Integration: Work with enterprise systems to implement and monitor platforms that support peer mentoring operations.

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are a dynamic professional with strong event management and training facilitation skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a passion for enhancing the student experience through innovative programs.

**You may also**:

- Have a relevant degree with subsequent experience or extensive experience in program coordination and event management.
- Demonstrate experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating student services or training programs.
- Have experience using CRM software to manage large student cohorts and communications.
